At WidestoreBD, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with a product you’ve purchased, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Conditions for Returns
We accept returns of most items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories that came with the product must be included.
- The product must be in the same condition as you received it, with no signs of damage, wear, or use.
- Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Please note: Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (such as beauty products, razors, skincare, etc.)
- Intimate wear (lingerie, undergarments, etc.)
- Perishable goods (food, drinks, etc.)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
- Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@widestorebd.com or call us at +880-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Return Approval
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
Step 3: Ship the Product
- Send the product back to the address provided in the return approval email.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, mobile banking, etc.). If you opted for cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to your designated bank account or mobile banking account.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the return conditions, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately:
- Send us an email with photos of the damage or issue, along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, as soon as the issue is verified.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
